What is Coaching?

Coaching is a form of talk therapy that emphasises forward movement, helping you tap into your full potential within a confidential, non-judgmental environment. The trust established between coach and client is essential for creating lasting change. We will co-create sessions that will clarify your desired outcome or vision, seeking to understand and diminish any real or perceived obstacles that are getting in the way - such as limiting beliefs you may hold about yourself, or turning the volume down on your inner-critic.

Empowering Your Journey

A core belief in coaching is that we already hold the answers we need within ourselves. The coach's role is to help you discover these answers. This is done through various conversational techniques, such as thoughtful questioning that will help you identify what's getting in the way of you reaching your goals in life. Or perhaps reflecting your words and behaviours back to you, whilst supporting you to in gently step out of your comfort zone. The process is encouraging, positive, exploratory, and purposeful.
